PRIVATE LESSONS FOR BEGINNERS
Why Start With a Private Lesson?
Group classes can feel overwhelming when you’re brand new. A private lesson gives you personal attention, a slower pace, and the ability to ask questions without feeling embarrassed.
You’ll be guided step-by-step by an experienced instructor in a safe, controlled environment.

In your private lesson, we’ll cover:
- Basic firearm safety
- How firearms work
- Safe handling and range etiquette
- Proper grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control
- How to load, unload, and make the firearm safe
- Live-fire practice with an instructor by your side
- Answers to any questions you have
What to expect when you arrive:
- You’ll check in at the front counter
- Your instructor will meet you and talk through your experience level
- You’ll review safety basics before entering the range
- You’ll practice handling the firearm safely
- You’ll move to live fire only when you’re ready
- You’ll leave with more confidence and a clear next step
Do I need my own firearm?
No. You can take a private lesson even if you do not own a firearm. Our team can help you choose the right rental option for your lesson.
What should I bring?
A valid photo ID. If you already own a firearm, you may bring it with you. If not, we can help you get started.
