Giveaway Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Granite State Indoor Range, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
Giveaways may be sponsored by various charities. If so, they will always be mentioned in the description. If the giveaway is not sponsored by a charity, it will be sponsored by Granite State Indoor Range and not for profit.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of any Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted online and in-store when applicable, starting on a specified date and time and ending on a specified date and time. All online entries must be received before the specified ending date and time.
5. How to Enter
Giveaways must be entered following the giveaway description. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes
The Winner(s) will receive the exact prize listed in the giveaway description. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner(s) will be notified via phone, email, and social media (when applicable) within 48 hours following selection. Winner(s) have 60 days (after they’ve been notified) to collect their prize before forfeiting their right to the prize. The Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
9. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you understand and agree that the Sponsor may use your entry, name, likeness, and social handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Terms & Termination
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation or from the acceptance of a prize.
12. Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Hampshire, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Entrant agrees that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the courts of New Hampshire.
13. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor’s website.
